Assalamu Alaykum, as Muslims we all look forward to Ramadan, we do as many extra deeds as we can, we pray, read our Quran, fast, give charity etc. We watch less TV, we try and watch what we say to others, over all we become better Muslims.

The question that comes to mind is do we want our children to love Ramadan as a month of blessings, a month of goodness and a month of mercy? Do we want them growing up knowing what Ramadan is? Why we fast? What are the importances’s of these extra deeds we do and why do we do them?

 With this in mind we at Little Explorers have complied issue 7, where it is dominated with articles on Ramadan and things that relate with this beautiful month. Some of the topics we discuss are: The different terms of Ramadan such as Iftar, Sahoor etc. We discuss the Sunnahs of Eid, the revelation of the Quran, the night of Qadr and much much more as well as our usual ongoing topics. Even our activities encourage the atmosphere of Ramadan. I am sure Inshallah your children will enjoy every page as they turn over and READ, LEARN and EXPLORE the Little Explorers Ramadan edition.
